Reikalingi įrankiai: plieniniai vamzdžiai (bent 3cm skersmens, kad užtektų dviem eilėm skersai betonavimo paršiaus), nubraukimo liniuotė, trintuvė (geriausia 20x30 cm), kelnė, kibiras, kastuvas, vandens gulsčiukas, žymėjimo siūlas, spiritiniai gulsčiukai (90 cm ir 25 m), lygio matavimo lenta.
Butuose dažniausiai reikia pabetonuoti vonios grindis – o tai labai nedidelis plotelis, kad būtų verta naudoti specialią grindų betonavimo įrangą. Todėl geriausia tai atlikti rankiniu būdu. Tai daroma tokia seka:
- jei pakanka aukščio, dedamas garso izoliacinis sluoksnis (kietesnio putoplasto plokštes), stengiantis kuo sandariau viena šalia kitos sudėti plokštes. Jei grindimis išvedžioti vamzdžiai – atitinkamai reikia išskaptuoti griovelius plokštėse;
- paklojama storesnė garo izoliacinė plėvelė, užleidžiant ant sienų dar po 10 cm (kad užsilenktų);
- ant viršaus paklojamas armuojantis tinklas (galite naudoti 10x10 cm tarpais tinklą);
- palei sienas pavyniojama poroloninė izoliacinė juosta (už plėvelės);
- betonuojama. Minimalus betono sluoksnis turi būti ne mažesnis nei 5 cm (kai kur nurodo 4,5 cm).
Prieš betonuojant reikia atlikti aukščio žymėjimą. Tai atliekama pirmiausia pasižymėjus vienoje vietoje (vienos sienos kampe) būsimą norimą grindų lygį. Tuomet reikia atsipjauti tiksliai stačiu kampu galais medienos lentą (iki metro ilgio). Pasižymime tame pačiame sienos kampe aukštį, lygų grindų lygiui plius lentos ilgis. Šis lygis bus mūsų atskaitos taškas. Tuomet reikia (naudojant vandens gulsčiuką) atžymėti tą patį lygį visuose skirtingų sienų kampuose. Per atžymas pridėjus žymėjimo siūlą abiejuose sienos kampuose ir įtempus, reikia timptelėti siūlą į šoną – gausime žymėjimo liniją. Tai bus mūsų atskaitos lygis betonuojant.
Tuomet reikia susimaišyti betono vietoje (naudojant cemento ir žvyro (frakcija 4) santykį 1:3, mišinio tirštumas turi būti toks, kad pakabinus su kelne nedribtų nuo jos, tačiau ir nebūtų per sausas; jei betonuojama ant šildomų grindų, reikia įpilti ir plastifikatoriaus) arba, jei kiekis didesnis, atsivežti iš betono gamyklos. Šį betoną pirmiausia paskleisti ant grindų (apie 2 cm sluoksniu).
Naudojame du plieninius vamzdžius (ar daugiau, jei jų ilgio neužtenka skersai viso betonavimo ploto). Juos padedame lygiagrečiai vienas šalia kito (per šiek tiek mažesnį nei nubraukimo liniuotės ar trumpesniojo gulsčiuko ilgį) ant betonavimo paviršiaus ir vieną galą abiejų vamzdžių priglaudžiame prie sienos. Ant kiekvieno vamzdžio pridėjus matavimo lentą, lentos viršus turi sutapti su žymėjimo siūlo nubrėžta linija. Tuomet, išilgai pridėjus spiritinį gulsčiuką, reikia atitinkamai nuleisti ar pakelti kitą vamzdžio galą. Po vamzdžiais primetame pakankamai betono ir užglaistome su kelne, kad vamzdžiai gulėtų stabiliai. Į tarpą tarp vamzdžių taip pat primetame betono, šiek tiek viršijant nustatytą vamzdžiais lygį ir jį sutankiname.
Sekantis žingsnis – nubraukiame su liniuote perteklinį betoną (liniuotę pavertus šonu reikia braukti smailiu kampu į apačią) ir užtriname su trintuve, pasiekiant norimą paviršiaus lygumą. Tai padarius (pasitikrinus ir vamzdžių lygį su gulsčiuku, ar neišjudinome), reikia ištraukti vamzdžius, primesti papildomai betono į jų vietą, supresuoti, nubraukti su liniuote ir vėl užtrinti. Žinoma, betonuoti reikia pradėti nuo tolimiausio kampo, tęsiant darbą link durų (kad galėtume išeiti iš patalpos nemindydami šviežiai pakloto betono).
